- adding a new PPO plan with out-of-area coverage
- expanding coverage off gender-affirming benefits
- enhancing our $150 fitness reimbursement. Get rewarded for healthy behavior! You could save up to $150 annually for participating in a qualified fitness program or buying qualified fitness equipment and $150 for a qualified weight-loss program.
- adopting a new Mind & Body $100/year reimbursement for qualifying massage therapy, hypnosis, acupuncture, meditation, tai chi programs and more
- offering a new diabetes support program through OptumRx
- offering pet health insurance through Nationwide
- holding health and dental rates the same for the third year in a row!
