Employee Payroll
The Payroll Office is committed to providing accurate and timely payments to all Smith College faculty, staff, and students. We operate in full compliance with college policies and state and federal regulations. Employees are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday, for the period covered from Sunday to Saturday in the previous two weeks. The office is located in College Hall 103.
Time Entry
All non-exempt/hourly employees are required to use Workday Time Sheets to record all hours worked each day. Timesheets are the official record of time worked and are used for payroll processing. Timesheets must be submitted for approval by 10 a.m. each Monday.
Entering Time Off
The Time Management Hub app is where you will access all absence, time tracking, and scheduling tasks. Depending on your worker classification-non-exempt/hourly or exempt-your Hub dashboard contains different tasks and/or information.
