Mission Statement:
The Lazarus Center prepares students for meaningful undergraduate and post-graduate opportunities, and helps them to develop career decision-making skills to use during college and throughout life. Leveraging the power of the liberal arts, the Center supports students as they explore and identify career paths that fit with their individual interests and skills, and helps them successfully navigate the transition to a professional life after Smith.

About Career Advising:
Effective career development and planning is an individualized process, and our advisors are flexible to meet your needs. Advising could include helping you think about majors and what you can do with a liberal arts degree, to exploring career fields through site visits with alumnae, to on-campus recruiting, to interview preparation, to graduate school application support and everything in between. Even if you don't know where to start, we're here to help you every step of the way.
