News from the Director
I am happy to announce that the College has implemented a new team structure for staffing at the Schacht Center. On August 1, 2016, I assumed the position of Director of the Schacht Center for Health and Wellness. Elaine Longley, R.N, a long time staff member in Health Services, is now the Associate Director for the Pelham Medical Service. Kristin Evans, MSW and Doctoral candidate in Social Work has joined the Center as the Associate Director for Counseling Services. Our new Associate Director for Wellness Education is Kristina Mereigh. She has a masters degree in Public Health Communication. The team and our entire staff is very enthusiastic about working together to provide top notch services to help students be their healthiest and happiest. —Pamela McCarthy, Director, Schacht Center for Health and Wellness
