The box office ticket window is open from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Monday–Friday, 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday during the week of a show, and beginning one hour before show time. The box office only sells tickets for theatre and dance productions in Mendenhall Center for the Performing Arts.
All shows in Theatre 14 are reserved seating. All shows in Hallie Flanagan Studio Theatre and all other venues are general admission.
Please note the box office does not take any unpaid reservations. The box office accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. There will be no refunds for any reasons on purchased tickets.
Tickets may be purchased online. For ticketed dance and theatre events you may also purchase tickets by calling the box office at 413-585-ARTS (2787) or 413-585-3220. You can also contact the box office by emailing boxoffice@smith.edu.
Curtain Times
- Theatre performances and New Playreading Series events are at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
- Dance concerts begin at 8 p.m..
