Fees

Academic-Year and Summer Tuition

Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $30 is due with application. 

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon acceptance of offer of admission for the academic-year. The deposit is applied to tuition. 

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due upon acceptance of admission for the summer program. The deposit is applied to tuition.

Extended Day
Families may purchase an extended day until 4:45 p.m. on a space-available basis. Extra time is not available by the hour. Please contact the office coordinator to make arrangements. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is non-refundable in the event a child does not attend. Please see the tuition schedule for fees.

Extra Day
Children attending on a three- or four-day schedule may purchase an extra day on a space-available basis. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and is non refundable. Please see the tuition schedule for fees.

Late Payment Fee
Beginning on the next business day after any payment is due, monthly late payment fees, which are based on the outstanding balance remaining after any payment due date, will be assessed at the rate of $1.25 on every $100 (1.25%) that remains unpaid until the payment is received in full, on or before the next billing month in which the family is invoiced.  Please direct questions regarding charges or credits to the Office of the Controller (413-585-2200).

March Program
We offer a three-day optional program during March Break. Enrollment is limited and children are placed in new groups and classrooms with new teachers. The hours are 8 a.m.–3 p.m. and the fee is $75 per day, payable in advance and non-refundable. Families may choose one, two or three days.
