Training
Addressing issues like discrimination and bias and cultivating skills like cross-cultural communication and inclusive practices can be complex and, in some cases, require individualized, ongoing solutions. The Office for Equity and Inclusion uses its expertise to guide campus partners toward those solutions. For more information, please contact the office at oei@smith.edu.
