Welcome to All New First-Years, Transfers, Visiting Students & Ada Comstock Scholars

Smith is a vibrant place of interesting people and experiences. Our goal is for you to arrive on campus prepared to begin your Smith experience. We are very excited to have you join us, and we look forward to greeting you during Orientation. Please be sure to fill out required new student forms prior to your arrival at Smith. To help you prepare, this website provides important Smith information, introduces you to specific parts of our community and refers you to other Smith websites with more details. Important COVID-19 Information

When will Smith make a decision regarding the fall 2020 semester?
The college will balance federal, state and local government recommendations, along with public health guidance, to determine any potential changes to the academic calendar. Should an adjustment to the calendar be necessary, we will contact all current and new students immediately.
