Shola is a Senior Vice President with Bank of America who leads a team that has responsibility for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that transform client engagement processes and drive technology innovation. A U.S. patented inventor, Shola is also a Six Sigma Design for Six Sigma certified greenbelt with Six Sigma Black Belt experience. She has an extensive business-to-business sales background that has included developing sales strategies, coaching deal leads and leading business development. Shola is notable for leading the redesign of digital outreach across 4,000+ locations and a number of high risk processes.
Committed to a passion for helping to improve people and processes, Shola currently serves on the board of Fugees Family and has been an advisor and board member to organizations like Impact United Methodist Church and Dress for Success Atlanta. She is a self proclaimed Renaissance woman, former track athlete and lifelong lover of the arts and international travel.
