Odilia Rivera-Santos ’01

Odilia Rivera-Santos ’01 is an author and certified coach with an M.A. in applied positive psychology from University of Pennsylvania. She was born in Puerto Rico and comes from a family of creatives and farmers.
A comparative literature major at Smith, Odilia has published her fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and artist interviews in numerous print and online outlets. She is currently completing a memoir and adapted play that will be performed in NYC in 2026 and Puerto Rico in 2027.
Odilia’s coaching clients are ambitious, educated professionals who are committed to mastering their craft—whether that’s climbing the ladder in business or reaching new heights in the arts. Her motto: Embrace the things you love, because each offers a strand of your self-actualization.
