Heather Muraviov
Lecturer in Philosophy
Heather Muraviov teaches courses in topics related to ethics, epistemology, philosophy of education, global philosophy, and feminist philosophy. Her current research focuses on developing a conceptual framework for liberatory epistemic virtues which considers how oppressive social, political, and epistemic environments impact and shape one’s epistemic character. Previously, she held academic positions as a research fellow at the University of Notre Dame and as a visiting assistant professor at the University of Connecticut.
