2023 Subsidies Request Forms Now Open

You may be eligible to apply for and receive the Healthcare Subsidy and/or Dependent Care Subsidy. Both subsidy programs are voluntary and available to employees who meet the specified household income limit based on their 2022 taxes.
Please see the subsidy information summaries included with this news item for more information as well as instructions for applying via Workday if you are eligible. Note, the subsidy application is conducted in Workday via the Requests application. This allows the office to receive and review subsidy applications promptly and securely. A signed copy of your 2022 federal tax return (Form 1040) is required when applying.
The subsidy program runs from April through December. Retroactive subsidy contributions are not made so if you intend to apply, please do so no later than March 31, 2023, to help ensure you receive the full amount for which you may be eligible. Any subsidy amount for which you are eligible is in addition to any Flexible Spending Account (FSA) amounts you elect to set aside yourself.
