All-Employee Picnic Set for June 17

Fellowship, fun and ice cream: Smith’s annual Employee Picnic will have it all!

In addition to lunch al fresco on Chapin Lawn, this year’s all-employee gathering on Monday, June 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., will feature a word puzzle game where participants can test their knowledge of Smith trivia and college “lingo.” Prizes will be awarded to the top five scorers.

Hillside Organic Catering and Maple Valley Creamery will once again provide lunch and ice cream. College offices will close, where feasible, for the duration of the picnic to allow employees to attend.

In keeping with Smith’s sustainability goals, the picnic will be a zero-waste event.
