Join the students of Suleiman Mourad’s course, Food, Identity and Religion in the Middle East course, and Michele Monserrati’s course, Intermediate Italian Conversation course, for a sensory journey into Italian Olive Oil.

Come experience different regional varieties of Italian olive oil on toasted bread. Discover different tastes and shades of gold.
