Biography

Barbara Brehm-Curtis teaches Health Behavior; Nutrition and Health; Women’s Health: Current Topics; Stress Management; and Sports Nutrition. She writes extensively on nutrition, fitness and stress management topics, including several chapters for the certification manuals produced by the American Council on Exercise. She has received the San Diego County Medical Society Media Award and was a Maggie Award finalist for her writing for Fitness Management, where she was a contributing editor for more than 25 years.
