The prime directive of Administrative Technology Services (ATS) is to promote administrative excellence through technology solutions and services. These include Banner ERP, Cognos reporting, web content management through Drupal, Salesforce CRM, NOLIJ for document workflow, and data warehousing technologies. Projects submitted through the Committee on Business Process and Technology are the responsibility of ATS and range from ambitious Business Process Improvement initiatives to small enhancements and maintenance and support of existing processes.
