See the instructions below for more information on how to sign up for sessions. And please check this schedule regularly, as some session details will be updated and more exciting sessions will be added over the next week.
Hover over the sessions below to view detailed information and to add them to your own schedule.
You can search sessions by type (intended audience), session format, and learning theme.
We ask that people pay attention to the session types (color coded) and choose to attend sessions that are either open to all or designed for their specific role on campus or affinity group.
Signing Up for Specific Sessions
We encourage participants to sign up for particular sessions so presenters can have a sense of who will be in attendance. However, signing up for sessions is not required for participation.
Only session presenters and planners will have access to the names of their session attendees—your session selections will not be public.
To sign up for a session, create a Sched log-in, browse the sessions below, then select “Add to my Sched” or click the check box at the top left corner of the session title.
There are a variety of session lengths (50 min, 80 min, 110 min, etc.). Please pay close attention to the session start and end times and do your best to avoid double-booking.
All-Day Sessions (10:10 a.m.–3:50 p.m.)
All-day sessions are designed as drop-in events; you may visit them between other sessions and stay as long as you’d like.
In addition to the all-day sessions listed below, Counseling Services will be hosting drop-in spaces for students who need to speak with someone to help process the events of the day (more information coming soon).
The Chapel’s Bodman Lounge will also be available as a quiet space for contemplation and reflection from 2–3:50 p.m.
If you are an individual with a disability and require accommodations to participate, please contact us at inclusionconference@smith.edu before April 2.
