Student Ambassador Request Form

To request Student Ambassadors for an event, please submit your request 2-4 weeks prior to the event. You will receive an email a week before your event to let you know who can attend. Due to their academic schedules, Student Ambassador availability cannot be guaranteed. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

*Please note that requesting departments will be responsible for providing Student Ambassadors with any transportation and/or accommodations. The Office of Alumnae Relations does not provide other departments with funding or reimbursement for travel, lodging or meal costs for Student Ambassadors.
