The Buddhist Advice Line

The Buddhist Advice line, operated by the Buddhist Information Center in downtown Tokyo, has been in operation since 1983, patterned on the successful Christian Life Line and other such services found throughout the world. In addition to helping people find a priest to officiate at funerals, memorials, and other services, they also spend a good deal of time advising people about curses, superstitions, exorcisms of angry spirits, and the like.
