Credit Reporting Agencies

You may find it useful to obtain a credit report from one or all of the credit reporting agencies listed here. By law, individuals are entitled to receive one free credit report annually. If an additional report is desired as a result of this data breach, or if you want to sign up with a credit-monitoring service, Smith College will reimburse an individual up to a maximum of $40. The credit report must be requested prior to April 30, 2010 in order to be reimbursed. Requests for reimbursements must be submitted using the college's standard expense reimbursement form, available on the Controller's Office Web site.
