See your class dean to discuss course selection and registration, grades, credit shortages, choosing a major, study abroad, honors, summer school credit and leaves of absence or any other academic questions.

Tom Riddell is the Dean of the First Year Class (2014J & 2013).

Erika Laquer, in addition to being the Dean of the Ada Comstock
Scholars is the Dean of the Sophomore Class (2013J & 2012) and the
First-Semester Juniors (2012J).

Margaret Bruzelius is the Dean of the Senior Class
(2010 & 2011J) and the Second-Semester Juniors (2011).

The deadline to enter a Smith course is Friday, February 12th.

The last day to drop a Smith course or change a grading option in a first half semester course is Friday, February 26th.

NOTICES: Petitions or other requests submitted by noon on any Friday will be considered by the Administrative Board the following Tuesday.

Planning on taking summer courses? Remember that credit is not granted for online courses. Transfer credit policies and guidelines are available at Office of Registrar Transfer Credit
