Thanksgiving Match Program

The Office of Student Affairs would like to invite you to participate in a program which matches students to staff/faculty for a meal off-campus on Thanksgiving Day. Many students remain on campus for the holiday break. In the past, this opportunity was only open to international students, but because of its growing popularity, this year we are inviting any students remaining on campus to participate. New York City Bus Trip Saturday December 1:
A day on your own in the Big Apple
Traveling by King Ward coach bus
7:00 a.m. prompt departure from Ainsworth Parking Lot
7:00 p.m. departure from NYC for return trip
Cost: $40/person

The bus will make one stop on the way to the city, near the Connecticut/New York border, so please plan your arrival time accordingly if you are meeting family or friends in the city. Estimated arrival time in NYC will be 10:30 a.m. Once the bus arrives in the city, there will be 3 stops made, the first near The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the second in The Theater District, and the final stop near The South Street Seaport. The bus driver will make an announcement at the beginning of the trip as to where you will meet the bus at 7:00 p.m. for the ride home.

This bus trip is open to current Smith College employee's and guest(s).

In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be received no later than Monday, November 19, 2012.
