Faculty Book Signing
On Thursday, July 19, the Smith College School for Social
Work (SSW) community is invited to attend the annual book
signing of publications this year by faculty in the school.
The event, which will
take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Atrium of the
Museum of Art, will feature three books by three SSW faculty
authors, in collaboration with others:
Racism
in the United States: Implications for the Helping
Professions, by Smith SSW faculty members
Joshua Miller, professor of social work, and Ann
Marie Garran, an adjunct assistant professor of
social work.

Human Behavior
and the Social Environment: Theory and Practice by
Joan Granucci Lesser, SSW faculty member, and Donna Saia
Pope |
Clinical Social Work Practice:
An Integrated Approach by Joan Lesser and Marlene
G. Cooper, of Fordham University (cover image not available).
