AFTER YOUR INTERNSHIP

After you have completed your internship:

• write a thank–you note to your supervisor and to anyone else who helped you during your internship.
• make sure your supervisor has sent the Lazarus Center a letter or e–mail confirming you worked a minimum of 220 hours, and commenting on your work performance.
• fill out and submit the Summer Activity Report. The deadlines for submission is August 31, 2012.*

A second Praxis payment ($200) will not be issued to you until the Lazarus Center has received all required documentation.

*If you do not hand in a Summer Activity Report by the deadline, you will forfeit your second Praxis installment of $200, and a letter will be sent to your class dean to be placed in your student file stating that you did not fully honor your commitments as a Praxis Funded intern.
