Do you wonder what it would be like to work in the Archival field, Publishing, Social Justice, or Sustainable Food?
Career Tracks is the opportunity for you!
Accompanied by CDO staff, students will visit alumnae working in one of four fields in New York City on Thursday, January 19, 2012. Bus transportation from campus to NYC and back will be provided for those needing it. There will be three site visits for each track, and the day will end with an informal dinner and networking at the home of a Smith alum. Attendance at all site visits and the dinner is required.
You may attend ONE track. Indicate your first choice (and a second choice if you have one) on the application.

on a first-come basis starting:

Wednesday, November 30, at 4:30pm
To apply, submit the (available on this page on November 17) which includes a 200-word statement explaining why you want to participate in Career Tracks, why you’ve selected your first choice track (and second choice if we are not able to give you your first choice), and what you hope to gain from the program.
A non-refundable $20 program fee (cash only) must be submitted to the CDO by those admitted to the program no later than Friday, December 2, at 4:30pm. NOTE: The fee is required even if you do not need CDO transportation.
There will be a required orientation meeting for those selected on Monday, December 5, from 12-1pm in Campus Center 103-4.
