The Asian American Reproductive Justice Oral History Project

Audiotaped recordings from her papers include a lecture by Brown (1964) and a series of interviews in which she discusses her life and the making of the biographical musical, Helen, with co-writer Lyn Tornabene in 1972.

National Congress of Neighborhood Women

New England Learning Center for Women in Transition (NELCWIT) lock, restricted access
NELCWIT addresses the needs of women and children in Franklin County, Mass., who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse. Their program includes outreach to abusers and anti-racism efforts. These videos from their collection include rallies, marches, retreats, discussions, musical performances and television broadcasts, circa 1986-2012. Topics pertain primarily to domestic violence, sexual violence and NELCWIT's history.

Old Lesbian Oral Herstory Project lock, restricted access
Life stories of lesbians age 70 and older around the country. Over 174 audio interviews and transcripts. Many include appended photographs and documents.

Reproductive Justice for all Conference lock, restricted access
Video footage from the conference held in 2005 at Smith College to examine and discuss issues pertaining to women's rights in the realm of sexuality, reproductive health, assisted reproduction and genetic technologies. Reproductive Justice for all Conference Records.

Edris Rice-Wray Oral History lock, restricted access
This collection contains two oral histories conducted by James Reed and Ellen Chesler in 1987. Edris Rice-Wray Carson, M.D. attended Cornell University and was a public health physician, primarily in Central America and Mexico.

Loretta Ross lock, restricted access
Videos and audio from her collection including speeches, conference panels, television broadcasts, workshops, protests, and documentaries, circa 1986-2001. Topics pertain primarily to human rights, racial justice, women's health, reproductive justice for women of color, and domestic violence.

Southern Women, the Student YWCA, and Race Oral Histories
This collection contains digitized audio recordings of interviews with YWCA staff responsible for interracial work with college and university students in the southeastern U.S., 1920s-40s. The interviews were conducted by Frances Sanders Taylor [Anton] in 1981 and 1982 as research for her doctoral dissertation.

Audio recordings from the papers of welfare rights activist Guida West's research for a book project: Protest Leadership Outcomes: Welfare Rights Leaders a Decade Later. Includes interviews, conference sessions, meetings, and radio programs, circa 1983.

Voices of Feminism Oral History Project lock, restricted access
Video interviews include labor, peace, and anti-racism activists; artists and writers; lesbian rights advocates; grassroots anti-violence and anti-poverty organizers; and women of color reproductive justice leaders.
