Friends of the Botanic Garden of Smith College

Show your support for the Botanic Garden!

Join the Friends and help us in promoting Smith's world-class gardens. You may become a member or renew your membership in the Friends online or fill out and mail us your membership form.

The Friends of the Botanic Garden was founded in 1992 to support the collections and enhance the resources of the Lyman Conservatory and the campus gardens for the benefit of the college and the greater community.

The Friends sponsors lectures, workshops, symposia and trips, offering students, faculty and the community exposure to highly acclaimed professionals. The Friends also sponsors the Botanic Garden's volunteer program and some of the summer interns. Additionally, local underfunded schools are able to bring their students on valued field trips through the Friends bus subsidy program.
