Master of Fine Arts in Dance
Teaching Fellows
Unique to the Smith M.F.A. program is that all students are teaching fellows: all M.F.A. students teach the equivalent of three studio courses per year. Thus, we are interested in students who have some teaching experience or skill.
As teaching fellows, M.F.A. students receive full tuition waivers and are paid a monthly stipend during their two years in the program.
