Ada Comstock Scholar & Graduate Housing

Ada Comstock Scholars have a variety of options for housing. In 150 Elm Street and 54 Green Street, each student has a single room, and the house residents share bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Ada Comstock Scholars with children may also choose to live in an unfurnished apartment in Conway House.

Ada Comstock Scholar Housing

54 Green Street

Located next to Ford Hall, this house is one of the nontraditional residential options for Ada Comstock Scholars.

150 Elm Street

A traditional-style house for 10 students, each student in 150 Elm has a single room and students share bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

Conway House

Conway House provides apartment-style housing for Ada Comstock students with families. It has eight two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units. A common room provides a social place for students and their families to gather.

Graduate Student Housing

44 Green Street

44 Green Street has mostly single rooms and three to four double rooms. It has a shared living room and full kitchen.

Henshaw A

Henshaw A provides housing for graduate students.

This service charges a $35-per-person application fee (nonrefundable), and 60 percent of one month's rent agency fee (refundable if application is not accepted). Rent ranges from $800–2,000+ for an apartment (studio, 2–3 bedroom), a house (single, 2-5 bedroom) or a condo/townhouse (2–3 bedroom).
