Post-Graduate Fellowships in Clinical Social Work are available in The Meninger Clinic's inpatient adolescent, young emerging adult and adult psychiatry units. This year-long fellowship provides experience in clinical assessment, individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention and interdisciplinary treatment collaboration. Intensive supervision, case conferences and training seminars.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in social work (MSW, MSSW) from a graduate college or school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Concentration in clinical social work with specific background working with individuals, families or groups is helpful, as is familiarity with the DSM-V
- LMSW or LCSW from the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners (TSBSWE) before beginning the fellowship
