Payment instructions

The conference fee is $120.

We will be staying in two dormitories where single and double rooms are available. The cost per night per person is $33 in a single or a double room.

The payment of the fee and the lodging can be made together or separately by personal check (U.S. banks), U.S. money orders or in cash. We cannot accept credit cards.

Since for the participants residing in United States it should be no problem with sending a check or a money order, we ask that you send them to us by June 1.

Participants coming from abroad might find it difficult or expensive to send their payment in advance. We will therefore take cash at registration.

If you send checks or money orders, please make them to Smith College. In the memo part of the check, please, write PhysicsNuSYM11.
