Poetry Center to Present Reading by Smith College Senior Abe Louise Young

The Poetry Center at Smith College is pleased to present a reading by poet and Smith College senior Abe Louise Young at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, in Neilson Library Browsing Room.

A Louisiana native, Young is anthologized in "90 Poets of the Nineties" and is a two-time winner of the Academy of American Poets Anne Bradstreet Prize, as well as a runner-up in the Ellen LaForge Memorial Poetry Competition.

She is author of a poetry chapbook, "Anchor in the Beet-Field."

This event is free, open to the public, and wheelchair-accessible
