Students, start your day with chocolate hazelnut croissants, move on to lunch and enjoy croque monsieur, nicoise salad, double chocolate sable cookies, and other luncheon treats. For dinner, baked brie en croute, coq au vin, beef bourguignon, creamy French lentils with mushroom & kale. The finale: orange creme brulee, chocolate almond cake, Alsacian apple pudding.
