'What Lies Between' Recent Works by Olivia Bernard, Oct. 5-31, M-F, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Oresman Gallery, Hillyer

Olivia Bernard is an artist whose work has developed from single sculptures and works on paper to large, evocative installations. "What Lies Between" will present recent works of handmade paper embedded with thread, and pieces constructed from paper, glass, and wax. This ephemeral series explores the terrain that lies between drawing and sculpture and reflects the artistís investigation of materials ranging from sheer skin to solid glass and steel. The exhibition runs October 5 to the 31st, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Bernard has exhibited at numerous galleries and museums throughout New England.
