Intro to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), March 6 or 10

This intro session will include information about the Wellness Office's Spring Mindful Leadership Program, as well as the opportunity to test out MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). The Thursday, March 6, session takes place at 4:15 p.m. in Campus Center 205; and the Monday, March 10, session takes place at 12:30 p.m. in Neilson Browsing Room. There are no strings attached in attending orientation, but there will be an opportunity to register for the spring program.
