Affordable Care Act Notice of Exchanges
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires employers to provide a notice advising current and new employees about coverage options available through the “Health Insurance Marketplace” (Marketplace). The notice broadly describes the existence of the Marketplace and the ramifications if an employee purchases individual coverage on the Marketplace instead of enrolling in an employer's coverage.
