Workday Training Email


 Dear Smith faculty and staff,

On March 31, 2019, Workday will replace Banner, HireTouch and JobX for all human resources, payroll, and student employment functions. We are now offering training to help you get ready for this transition.

If you approve employee (staff or student) time or submit time worked on an hourly or weekly basis:

We ask that you come to a one hour training session between March 19 and March 31. (Why? Because we want to make sure that everyone gets paid on time when we’re in Workday.) We have many training sessions available to fit your schedule.

If you do not approve time or submit hourly or weekly time reports:

We have training available for you, too, if you’d like to get an early start. We’ll have more sessions available in April as well.

This form will help you determine which training approach is the best for you and what the schedule options are March 19-31. Training and support will also be available after March 31; we will share more information about this the last week of March.
