DUO MOBILE APPS


Download the mobile apps on your device or devices. Note these apps will work on your smart watch as well. Note: If you are not able to download the app, register your phone as a Mobile phone rather than a Smartphone when setting up your device(s).

IOS - Supported Platforms: The current version of Duo Mobile supports iOS 11.0 and greater. See the Guide to Duo Mobile on iPhone.

  • Launch the App Store app on your device and search for Duo Mobile.

  • Tap Get then Install to download the app.

  • Tap OK when asked if Duo Mobile should be able to send push notifications.

Notifications: Confirm your notifications are active for Duo.
Go to Settings, then Notifications, then pick the Duo Mobile app and make sure all buttons are green.

 

Android - Supported Plaforms: The current version of Duo Mobile supports Android 7.0 and greater. See the Guide to Duo Mobile on Android.

  • Launch the Google Play Store app on your device and search for Duo Mobile.

  • Tap Install to install the app.

Notifications: Confirm your notiications are active for Duo. These steps may differ based on the version of your Operating System.

 

Windows - Supported Platforms: This version of Duo Mobile supports Windows Phone 8 and greater.  See the Guide to Duo Mobile on Windows Phone.

  • Launch the Microsoft Store app on your device. Search for Duo Mobile.

  • Tap Get the app.

Notifications: Confirm your notiications are active for Duo. These steps may differ based on the version of your Operating System.

Version 10 mobile. Go to All Settings, then System, then Notifications. Select the Duo Mobile app. Verify Notifications are On.

 

Next Step: The first time you login into the Smith College Single Sign-On Login page following your Duo Entrollment being processed you will be prompted to complete your Duo Setup.
