WHICH ONECARD DO I HAVE?

Please note that the card upgrade process described below is for current Smith staff and faculty only.

If you're not sure whether your Smith OneCard is the old or new version, compare the background image on your card to the ones below:

If I still have the old version, how can I get an upgraded OneCard?

Bring your current OneCard to the OneCard office in Stoddard 207 during the office's regular walk-in hours:

     Tuesday through Friday, 1:30-3:30

Note that there is no fee for an upgraded card as long as you turn in your old card. If you don't have your old card, there is a $20 fee for a new card.

If you are unable to visit the OneCard office during regular walk-in hours, please call x3082 or send email to onecard@smith.edu to request an alternate time.
