The college and all its dormitory facilities are closed during the following times:

Alternate housing is provided by The Office of Residence Life for those international students who cannot go home and will not be traveling elsewhere in the United States.

The Winter Break Housing form will go live on The Housing Director after Thanksgiving Break. Since the college is officially closed during this period, winter break housing will only be available to international students. Students will move to Cutter/Ziskind rooms during the period from December 23 to January 3, and no dining hall facilities will be available. There is no charge for housing; if you need financial assistance to purchase groceries, please note that in your housing form.



There is a fee charged during Thanksgiving ($40) and spring break ($80). There is no fee charged for winter recess. During most of January, houses are open and you can stay in your room until the start of spring semester.
