Church Exhibition Gallery

In keeping with the mission of the Botanic Garden, the primary function of the Church Exhibition Gallery is to serve as a space for education. We feature changing exhibitions on a variety of botanical and horticultural themes. The gallery is located in the front of the building downstairs from the reception area. Current Exhibits.

The Lyman Plant House is also home to two permanent exhibits; the Woods of the World display, which includes 178 samples of woods from around the world, located on the walls and ceiling of the north hallway. Plant Life Through the Ages is an eight-panel, 60-foot-long mural of plant evolution. Located along the corridor between the Church Exhibition Gallery and the Palm House, it depicts great moments in the story of plant evolution.
