About This Course
In this online course, you will examine your online presence as it exists today, and learn how to take your professional online brand to the next level.
Become a master of digital media best practices. Create meaningful online content that supports and leverages your unique brand, strategically build your professional online network, and learn how to avoid or remediate any online pitfalls that may arise.
Clark consults and speaks for a diverse range of clients, including Google, the World Bank, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, the Ford Foundation, Yale University, the Mount Sinai Medical Center, and the National Park Service.
Clark, a former presidential campaign spokeswoman, is an adjunct professor of business administration at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She has taught marketing and communications at Tufts University, Suffolk University, Emerson College, HEC-Paris, Babson College, the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business, and Smith College Executive Education. She has been named to the Huffington Post’s “100 Must Follow on Twitter” list for 2013 and 2014, and to the #Nifty50 list of top women on Twitter.

This course is open to participants regardless of age, gender, stage of career, or educational level. No prior experience with social media is required.
Programs are on-demand and participants are given access to this course within one business day once registration is complete (custom, group programs also available).
Course access lasts for 12 weeks. Most students complete the course within six weeks.
Format: This course is offered in an individual, asynchronous format. You will have access to Take Control of Your Reputation for 12 weeks. You can work at your own pace and access all the course materials in a way that makes sense for you. Each course section includes an introduction video featuring Dorie and supporting activities to Reflect, Act, and Engage. You can interact not only with others who are currently enrolled, but with people outside the course via social media. At the end of the course, your work can be consolidated into a Strategic Action Plan that will continue to guide your engagement and success on social media, even after the completion of the course. Track your progress by checking off assignments as you complete them. Once all assignments are complete you will be eligible to receive your Certificate of Completion. Lessons can be completed anywhere with an internet connection.
