Celebrating Collaboration

Smith College’s annual showcase of student research and performance highlights students’ intellectual achievements and their collaborative efforts with faculty in a variety of departmental, program and interdisciplinary projects. It is a celebration of liberal arts education.

The 2013 event featured the work of 433 students who participated in 252 presentations, with the guidance of 116 faculty members. Students participated in individual talks, panels, poster sessions, exhibits and performances, in the areas of science and technology, performing arts, and social, cultural and literary studies.
