Mara is active in the AIG Investments Culture Taskforce and the Sustainable Investments Steering Committee. Mara graduated from Smith in 2007 with a B.A. in Economics and Italian Studies.

WFI Partners is a network of Smith alumnae who have come together to share economic and investment ideas.

Each WFI Partner contributes $5,000 annually for membership; the membership fee is recognized as a charitable contribution to Smith in support of the Women and Financial Independence Program.

The WFI Program provides current Smith students with skills and techniques to organize their personal and financial lives after graduation.
