The Smith College Lazarus Center takes part in several career fairs and interview days to help introduce students to a larger, more varied employer base. Employers that do not recruit on campus will often participate in these events.

STEM Career Fair at Fenway Park

Join us at Fenway Park on September 25th to meet with executives from various companies within the STEM industry! This is a great networking event that comes with a ticket to see the Red Sox take on the Toronto Blue Jays. The first annual STEM Career Fair offers career opportunities for eager professionals and current college students looking to break into the STEM industry. The registration fee includes admission to the career fair and a ticket to the Red Sox vs. Blue Jays game at 7:10pm. Dress code is business professional. Please bring copies of your resume and business cards (if available).

UMass Amherst Engineering, Sciences & Technology Career Fair

Meet with representatives from more than 100 companies to learn about full-time technical career opportunities, internships and co-ops. For all level students, first year to graduate level who hope to work in technical companies/careers. Professional dress is encouraged. Employers will be able to register by mid-July. This event is co-sponsored by the Engineering Career Development and Experiential Learning Center and the CICS Career Center.
