Sarah Seder studies the connection between physical, mental and emotional health. In the last decade, she worked in Seattle as a freelance dancer and choreographer, a co-director of Sapience Dance Collective, a Gyrotronic instructor and a dance teacher. In her choreography, she collaborates with dancers and musicians to create performances that tell personal stories.
Primarily a modern dance artist, she also draws from training in ballet, jazz, flamenco, musical theater and swing. She is a graduate of Bard College, where she double majored in dance and psychology.
