Josephine Hardman holds a PhD in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her publications have been featured in the Journal for Early Modern Cultural Studies, the Forum for Modern Language Studies, and Renaissance and Reformation. Her co-translation with Sarah Brew of Tirso de Molina’s El amor médico was published in The Mercurian: A Theatrical Translation Review. Josephine teaches courses on English Renaissance theater, Shakespeare, and modern drama. She is primarily interested in early modern English tragicomedy, genre theory, and translation studies.
