International Film Series on Climate Change: Demain (Tomorrow)
Lectures & Presentations
For the past century, the American Dream has dominated globally as the definition of progress, and continues to inspire developing countries despite its many drawbacks and threats to our planet. Unlike most films on climate change, Demain focuses on the positive. Instead of prematurely mourning our planet, this film proposes we find a new dream to replace this nightmare. The documentary showcases people whose actions and ideas demonstrate how to creatively view agriculture, economics, energy, and education, in order to encourage communities worldwide to change the way they live for the sake of our planet.
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
