Document Workflow

Smith uses NOLIJ by Perceptive for document management and workflow.

Data Warehouse

Smith's data warehouse is built in an Oracle database by transforming Banner data into business views of Enrollment (Census and Current), Advancement, Finance and Student.

The IBM Cognos suite of reporting and modeling tools are used to develop reports and design the data models.
