Retirement Plan Transactions

We have streamlined the process for individuals to request loans, rollovers, and withdrawals. All requests will now be directed and authorized by the retirement plan service providers. Previously, participants were required to login to to obtain a separate approval; however, due to these enhancements, this is no longer necessary. Simply call Voya’s Customer Service Center at 1-800-584-6001 if you are applying for a loan, a withdrawal or a rollover from your Voya account. If you are requesting a transaction from one of the plans’ other service providers, (e.g. TIAA-CREF, Fidelity) you now only need to contact that service provider directly.
